Europolish S.r.l. announces the acquisition of the abrasive branch of Vagnone & Boeri S.r.l. through the subsidiary Europolish Vagnone&Boeri S.r.l.
Through the acquisition, Europolish aims at expanding the range of products and the know-how in the fields of metal, plastic, composite materials, marble and stone, and leather finishing.
Furthermore, through the acquisition of the plant in Cirié, Europolish will widen its productive capacity for high quality and high technical components specialty products, a field in which we plan to make further investments in the near future, aiming at a further strengthening and integration within the group.
The operation will improve the service and the offer of Vagnone & Boeri products to long term customers, and will also allow a commercial expansion at international level with focus on the Retsul brand.
